Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP)

 

The City of Piqua will be partnering with the Miami County Board of Commissioners, the City of Troy and the City of Tipp City on submitting a 2017 CHIP application to the Ohio Development Services Agency, Office of Community Development (ODSA, OCD). By partnering, the City of Piqua, the Miami County Board of Commissioners, the City of Troy and the City of Tipp City are eligible for $1, 120,000 of CHIP funding.

The goal of the CHIP program is to provide an efficient, flexible, impactful approach to partner with Ohio communities to preserve and improve the affordable housing stock for low- and moderate- income Ohioans and strengthen neighborhoods through community collaboration.
