National Webcheck Available
National Webcheck is now available at the Piqua Police Department. Many people need Webcheck for background checks for jobs and volunteer positions. The Piqua Police Department has been using Ohio Webcheck for several years to check Ohio records, but now has the ability to check national FBI records as well. Customers who would formerly been sent to other agencies for national checks may now do so at the Piqua Police Department. The Piqua Police Department badges are custom designed. In the center around the Great Seal of the State of Ohio is a representation of the City of Piqua Governemnt Complex and Police Department.
The Piqua Police Department is a full-time municipal police agency, which provides comprehensive law enforcement services and programs for the City of Piqua. Piqua has a Council-Manager form of local government and the Police Chief reports to the City Manager. Community policing and problem solving are core philosophies of the department.
