An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 111 of the Piqua Municipal Code Peddlers and Solicitors

A Resolution awarding a contract to L.J. Deweese Co. Inc. for the ADA Ramp Installation project

4. RES. NO. R-127-18
A Resolution to award a contract to Outdoor Enterprises for the Wayfinding Program

5. RES. NO. R-128-18
A Resolution authorizing a change order to the contract with Environmental Assurance Company, Inc. for the former
Mo’s Lounge Asbestos Abatement project

6. RES. NO. R-129-18
A Resolution awarding a three year contract for uniform rental and laundry services and mat rental to Cintas Corporation

A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Public Works

A moral obligation to pay Applied Mechancial Systems for the Emergency HVAC Services performed at the Fort Piqua
Plaza and to enter into an agreement with Applied Mechanical Systems for the maintenance of the HVAC System for
the remainder of the 2018 year

A Resolution to vacate an easement and replat a portion of Deerfield Subdivision Section 10 Plat and dedicate a
new easement
