  • Bill customers monthly for electric, water, wastewater, stormwater, and refuse pick-up (including recycling) services

City of Piqua Launches New SmartHub Web and Mobile App

On December 5, 2022, the Piqua Utility Business Office launched a new web and mobile SmartHub app. 

Piqua Utility Customers will be able to create a login with the new SmartHub web and mobile app. Here is what you need to know:

  • You will receive a new account number on your December bill
  • Create a login using your new account number 
  • If you previously were using automatic payments with us, you will need to re-register your account and Auto Payment information after our launch day. We will have instructions posted below starting on that day

Utility disconnections shall occur throughout the year for all households, except for Life/Medical Support Program situations. During the winter months (December-February), the city will postpone a non-pay disconnection when the temperature is below and remains below 10 degrees for a 24-hour period.
