High school seniors who will be graduating this spring and are receiving Piqua power services may be eligible for the American Municipal Power (AMP) Lyle B. Wright Scholarship.
Any graduating senior whose household receives electricity from City of Piqua Power, has a cumulative, unweighted grade-point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale, and is not a child or dependent of an AMP employee or AMP member municipal electric system employee is eligible.
In addition to the Applicant Information form (found here), each applicant must submit a copy of their high school transcripts no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Piqua Power will use the Application Information form and transcripts to determine which applicant to nominate for the scholarship.
