Piqua City offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, to allow city employees to observe the New Year holiday with their families.
The City will not collect garbage, refuse, or recycling on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, causing delayed collection Wednesday through Friday. Pick-up for Friday’s route will occur on Saturday, January 4, 2025.
The City urges all customers to place their containers at their usual collection points the evening before for early pick-ups the
following day. Pickups will begin as early as 6 a.m.
