The City of Piqua today released a refreshed website design and record request software to aid the community in accessing information efficiently.
The revised web design features homepage buttons and popular link tabs that point to the City’s most visited webpages. The redesign also streamlines City news and calendar listings on the homepage for ease of locating the latest City highlights.
The new record request platform allows users to create an optional account to obtain records maintained by the City of Piqua. Users can communicate through the platform and track record requests easily from a dashboard.
“The upgrades to the website increase the City’s ability to share information quickly and thoroughly with our residents,” City Manager Paul Oberdorfer said. “Robust digital tools such as these enhance our community engagement and streamline the communication process to be efficient and transparent.”
