The City of Piqua’s Substation 5 experienced a brief power outage at about 9:05 a.m. Monday, May 12, affecting the east side of the city and areas north of the Great Miami River.
The Piqua Power Supply team remedied the issue in approximately 18 minutes, and power was restored to all affected areas by 9:23 a.m.
