Some Utility customers may notice they have not received their paper bills in the mail yet. Customers in Zone 2 are the first Zone to be calculated on the new CIS system and to ensure accuracy in the accounts we have decided not to rush the bills but delay the bill calculation. Late fees will be waived for payments made after the December 20th due date.
In the meantime, we encourage customers to register for SmartHub and be notified by email or text when the bill is calculated.
