The City of Piqua received four applications to fill the vacant Fourth Ward commissioner seat. The applicants are Rhett Dziech, Jane Hart, Sabastian Karabinis and Philip Wead.
Piqua City Commission is expected to consider the appointments at its meeting on Tuesday, January 20.
