The Planning Commission meeting will convene early to make time for the work session to follow. 

The work session will start at approximately 6:00 PM or when the agenda items from the regular Planning Commission meeting are completed. The work session includes invitations to the City Commission, Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals members to hear a presentation on Code Piqua, a development code update. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The Planning Commission shall have such powers as may be determined by ordinance of the commission concerning the plan, design, location, removal, relocation, and alteration of any buildings or structures belonging to the city. (Reference Section 94 of the City Charter)
