The City of Piqua acknowledges that it maintains many records that are used in the administration and operation of the City of Piqua. The records maintained by the City of Piqua and the ability to access them is a means to provide trust between the public and the City of Piqua. The City of Piqua maintains its records in a manner that allows the City of Piqua to provide the general public prompt inspection of the City of Piqua’s public records, and copies of those records within a reasonable amount of time during its regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
