Special events have a positive impact on the community. These events bring friends and neighbors together to celebrate and commemorate events that hold a special meaning for those involved. To that end, the City of Piqua is committed to help groups and organizations host special events in the community. The city has developed an online application process that helps the City and those wanting to put on special events to collaboratively identify issues and resources to ensure a successful special event.
|Online Application||This required form gives the applicant a chance to tell us about the event. By answering a few questions we are able to asses if this event is an appropriate and beneficial events for the community.
***Must be submitted 60 days prior to the event date***
|Hold Harmless Agreement||Required Form to be attached with application.|
|Permit – Agricultural Animal Temporary Custody Request||When applicable, please submit with special event application.|
|Permit – Street or Alley Closing||Please fill this out along with a map of your requested street closing to be attached with application if applicable.|
|Permit - Block Way||Please fill this out along with a map of your requested block way to be attached with application if applicable.|
|Temporary Liquor Permit Packet||Please fill this out along with a map of your requested designated alcohol garden to be attached with application if applicable.|
|Temporary Food Permit Form||Form to be filled out and returned to the Piqua Health & Sanitation Department.|
